• Orders for £500 and over: FREE delivery
• Orders under £500: £15 delivery

• Delivery Times: 3-7 working days for most items (subject to stock availability), bespoke orders, like handcrafted baths, may take up to 90 working days. Contact us for specific lead times.
• Delivery Arrangement: Date and time scheduled deliveries Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays). Please arrange for the necessary assistance to move heavy items inside, like cast iron baths. We strongly advise having at least 2 - 4 capable individuals present to receive the delivery and transport the goods indoors.
• Goods Inspection: Please, check items upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours with photo evidence. Additionally, please ensure all packaging is retained until you have conducted a thorough inspection of the goods and are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns 

In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if an issue arises, we are committed to making things right.

• 14-Day Return Policy: Items can be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition. 
• Arroll products: are non-returnable unless there are manufacturer faults. If an Arroll item is received with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days to initiate a return based on these specific circumstances.
• Returns Cost: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we will cover the return costs.
• Return Process: Initiate a return by contacting us at returns@bathroompassion.co.uk for approval, so we can provide you with the return address and instructions. Send back approved returns within 14 days for processing, which takes up to 10 working days, excluding certain fees.
• Refunds: Delivery charges are non-refundable, and restocking fees might be applicable of up to 25% of the purchase price.
• Bespoke Orders: Custom painted baths and customised orders are Non-refundable once production begins. Cancel within 48 hours to avoid a £15 fee.

No, we do not offer installation services. However, most of our baths come with a basic installation guide available on the product page. For further assistance, our support team is always here to help with any questions you might have.

Measure your space and compare it to the dimensions listed on our product pages under the Specifications tab. Please note that due to the manufacturing process, bath sizes may vary by ±1''. Our support team is available to assist with any sizing queries.

Our copper baths are particularly eco-friendly, being 100% recyclable, and copper is known as the "eternal metal" due to its sustainability. While not all our baths are fully eco-friendly, we are committed to offering the most sustainable options possible across our range.

10. Can you paint my bath in any colour?
Most of our baths can be customised with any colour you can imagine. Just provide us with the colour code of your choice, such as "RAL Colour 6001 Emerald Green," for an example and contact us. We’ll handle the painting with care and precision to perfectly match your style.
