H2O Hot Tubs Servicing 

Maintain your hot tub’s performance and warranty with our comprehensive annual service, similar to a car’s yearly check-up. Here's what the service includes:

Chemical Flush: A thorough flush with a chemical solution for 10-15 minutes to eliminate bacteria and prevent scale or scum buildup in the pipework and heater.
Cleaning: Complete draining followed by an extensive cleaning of the interior and exterior. A UV treatment is also applied to the cover.
Refill and Rebalance: The spa is refilled with fresh water, and the water chemistry is rebalanced using your chemicals.
Filter Replacement: Includes a new set of filters specifically for H2O hot tubs.
Comprehensive Checks: A detailed 19-point inspection covers all major components, ensuring everything from pumps to blowers and pipe connections is in top working order.

Annual Service Reminder: To maintain your warranty and ensure optimal performance of your hot tub, we recommend servicing it annually by an H2O Spa Ltd engineer or an approved sub-contractor every 12 months.

Warranty 

H20 Spas 2-Year Parts & Labour Warranty

Introduction: H2O Spas offers a comprehensive 2-year parts & labour warranty on all H2O hot tubs, underscoring our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Detailed Warranty Coverage:

• Structure Warranty: 2 years on the frame, ensuring long-term durability and structural integrity.
• Shell Surface Warranty: 2 years covering issues like cracks, blisters, peeling, and delamination.
• Electrical and Plumbing Equipment Warranty: 2 years for crucial components such as pumps, heaters, and control systems.
• Other Spa Components Warranty: 2 years for additional features including the ozonator, blower, spa surround, and LED lighting.
• Cover, Headrests, & Cabinet Warranty: Protection against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
• Labour Warranty: 2 years, covering all labor costs associated with warranty repairs (travel costs are additional, see Performance and Claims).

Important Warranty Notes:

• Warranty Commencement: All warranties commence from the date of delivery.
• Original Owner: Warranties apply exclusively to the original owner and at the initial installation site.
• Exclusions: Shipping costs for parts are not covered. Warranty voided by incorrect spa usage, chemical damage, unauthorised repairs, and commercial usage.
• Service Requirement: To maintain your warranty and ensure optimal performance of your hot tub, we recommend servicing it annually by an H2O Spa Ltd engineer or an approved sub-contractor every 12 months.

Performance and Claims:

• Fault Reporting: Faults must be reported within 14 days to info@bathroompassion.co.uk.
• Call Out/Travel Charges: £1.10 per mile from NG6, plus a £150 deposit, applicable after the first 30 days (waived for initial 30 days).
• Non-Warranty Faults: Costs for parts and an engineer's labor at £70 per hour are the customer's responsibility.

What electricity supply is needed for your hot tub?

Choosing the right hot tub involves understanding the electrical requirements. We offer two types of hot tubs based on their power needs: 13A Plug & Play models and 32A hard-wired models. Here’s what you need to prepare:

13A Plug & Play Hot Tubs

• Setup: These hot tubs are user-friendly, connecting to a 3-pin UK outdoor socket.
• Installation: You'll need an IP66-rated outdoor weatherproof socket with RCD protection, a life-saving device, designed to stop you from getting a fatal electric shock if you touch something live. It should be installed at least 1 metre away, but ideally around 2 metres from where your hot tub will be located.
• Cost: Expect to pay qualified electrician around £50-£100 for the installation.
• Benefits: Lower running costs and straightforward installation make this an economical choice.
  

32A Hard-Wired Hot Tubs

• Setup: These models require a dedicated circuit from your household consumer unit, ensuring they don’t share power with other appliances.
• Safety: Install an IP65 rotary isolator switch to safely disconnect the hot tub when needed. The switch should be at least 2 metres away from the hot tub.
• Installation Needs: A suitably rated cable from the switch to the hot tub is required, with enough length to comfortably reach the installation point.
• Cost: Expect to pay qualified electrician around £250-£300 for the installation.
• Benefits: Offers more robust performance and is ideal for those seeking powerful hydrotherapy benefits.

Important Note on Compliance Both setups must comply with Part P of the Building Regulations to avoid any legal issues. All electrical work should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Why Can't We Handle the Electrics? Directly handling household electrical setups requires specific certifications. For safety and compliance reasons, it’s essential that a professional electrician performs these tasks.
