Custom Painted baths: up to 4 weeks lead time to guarantee a superior finish
Custom painted baths are non-refundable due to the personalised aspect of the service.

Step 2: On the product page, choose 'Custom Painted' from the dropdown menu and then click 'Add to Cart'.

Step 3: In 'Your Cart', a box marked 'Order special instructions'. Here, you can enter your chosen colour code to personalise your order. Alternatively, you can email our team your colour code if you prefer.

Care & Maintenance Guide

To keep your Charlotte Edwards bath looking beautiful and in excellent condition, please follow these care and maintenance tips:

1. Handle with Care

Painted Baths: Our painted baths are bespoke and painted to order, requiring extra attention. After the final coat, please allow two weeks for the surface to reach maximum strength and scratch resistance. Avoid moving the bath aggressively and keep sharp objects away from the paint.

2. Protective Coating

For baths with a rolling or flat lip, we apply a thin line of lacquer around the edge to help seal and protect the paint.

3. Cleaning

Gentle Cleaning: Use warm soapy water to clean both the inside and outside of the bath. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, as these can damage the paint.
No Scrubbing: Excessive friction can harm the surface, so please do not scrub vigorously.

4. Touch-Up Paint

We provide a tube of touch-up paint in the same colour as your bath. Upon arrival and once installed, inspect your bath for any scratches.
If scratches occur, gently dab a small amount of paint onto the affected area. Build the paint in layers, allowing it to dry between coats for the best results.
