Choose Your Perfect Shade: We proudly recommend premium paints from Farrow & Ball, Little Greene Paint Company, and Fenwick & Tilbrook, known for their exceptional quality and durability. Opt for an elegant eggshell finish in a colour that complements your bathroom's palette. If you have a specific shade in mind, we're happy to accommodate, provided it's available in an Exterior eggshell finish suitable for bathroom environments.
Please note, we do not offer gloss finishes to ensure the timeless appeal of your bath.
Beyond Standard Colours: For something truly bespoke, we can paint your bath in any RAL Classic or British Standard colour. Our digital scanning service also allows for precise colour matching, ensuring a perfect fit for your bathroom scheme.
Our Process: Each bath is meticulously prepared with a mechanical keying and a water-based primer/sealer. We then apply 3 or more coats of your chosen paint using a roller, guaranteeing a flawless finish.

Please Note: While custom-painted baths take an additional 4Â - 5 weeks for delivery, we assure you the superior quality and bespoke craftsmanship is worth the wait. As this is a personalised service tailored to your preferences, custom-painted baths are non-refundable.
Painted Bath Care
PAINT Care and Maintenance
When receiving a BC Designs Painted Bath it will be supplied with the remaining paint from the painting process. Remove all packaging material covering the bath, check carefully for any damages that may have occurred in transport. BC Designs will not accept any claims for damages or inaccuracies 48 hours after receipt of goods or installation.
Product Information
- We use an Exterior Eggshell paint which has a mid-sheen.
- The paint is durable, flexible and has a breathable finish.
- Resistant to flaking, peeling and colour fade for up to 6 years (providing care instructions for the surface are followed).
- Water and fungal resistant.
- Washable and wipeable.
Product Advice
- To clean the painted surface wipe using a warm damp cloth DO NOT SCRUB
- This product is water based and must be protected from frost and extreme temperatures.
- The remaining paint is best used within 6 months of purchase. Drying time is 1-2 hours surface dry and recoat after 4 hours depending on conditions.
- DO NOT dispose of paint into watercourse. Waste materials must be disposed of in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and relevant regulations made there under. For further information contact the Environment Office at your local council.
- Keep out of the reach of children
- Avoid contact with Skin and eyes
- In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.

- UK Mainland Delivery Charges:
- Orders for £500 and over: FREE delivery
- Orders under £500: £15 delivery
- Delivery Times: 3-7 working days for most items (subject to stock availability), bespoke orders, like handcrafted baths, may take up to 90 working days. Contact us for specific lead times.
- Delivery Arrangement: Date and time scheduled deliveries Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays). Please arrange for the necessary assistance to move heavy items inside, like cast iron baths. We strongly advise having at least 2 - 4 capable individuals present to receive the delivery and transport the goods indoors.
- Goods Inspection: Please, check items upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours with photo evidence. Additionally, please ensure all packaging is retained until you have conducted a thorough inspection of the goods and are completely satisfied with your purchase.

ReturnsÂ
In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if an issue arises, we are committed to making things right.
- 14-Day Return Policy:Â Items can be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition.Â
- Arroll products: are non-returnable unless there are manufacturer faults. If an Arroll item is received with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days to initiate a return based on these specific circumstances.
- Returns Cost: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we will cover the return costs.
- Return Process: Initiate a return by contacting us at returns@bathroompassion.co.uk for approval, so we can provide you with the return address and instructions. Send back approved returns within 14 days for processing, which takes up to 10 working days, excluding certain fees.
- Refunds:Â Delivery charges are non-refundable, and restocking fees might be applicable of up to 25% of the purchase price.
- Bespoke Orders: Custom painted baths and customised orders are Non-refundable once production begins. Cancel within 48 hours to avoid a £15 fee.
